MVP Product Studio · Chennai · Building worldwide

Your idea. Our process. We validate before we build.

We define scope, stress-test the business model, and design real flows — then build and launch in ninety days.

Eight taken. We cap on purpose.

Animated sequence: Think. Validate. Build. That's the difference.
Animated sequence: We're already into AI & ML, SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, Logistics, EdTech and e-commerce — Svoop.

Not an app. A product.

The difference between a developer who ships your feature list and a studio that helps you decide what to build is roughly the difference between a launch and a lesson. Here's what happens to a brief when it reaches us.

01 Take the feature list as given Interrogate the list before anyone costs it
02 Build to spec, no questions asked Question the spec until it holds its own weight
03 Design the screens Design the journey the screens exist to serve
04 Hand it over and wish you luck Launch it with you and stay through go-live
05 Find out what's wrong after launch Find out what's wrong in week two, while it's cheap

// Same budget. The difference is where the thinking happens.

From a call to a product that's live.

Step 01 of the ninety days: the first call
01
Day 0 · Thirty minutes

You request a slot

One call. We get the idea, the market, and what you're really trying to build. No pitch deck, no NDA theatre, no discovery invoice.

Step 02 of the ninety days: the fit conversation
02
Day 3 · The fit

We decide fit, together

Twenty founders a year is the whole business model. On this call we're both honest about whether this is a match — turning down the wrong work is what protects the right work.

Step 03 of the ninety days: scope on the wall
03
Weeks 1–2 · Scope

We scope it, and fix the price

We define the interfaces your product actually needs, map the core flows, and send a fixed-price proposal. What we agree is what you pay. No change-order economy.

Step 04 of the ninety days: design
04
Weeks 2–7 · Design

Flows first, then screens

The journeys get built before the interface does, around how real people behave when they're rushed, sceptical, or on a bad connection. This is where the craft lives.

Step 05 of the ninety days: build
05
Weeks 6–11 · Build

We build it in the open

Every app and panel the product needs to function. React Native or Flutter, Node, MongoDB, Firebase. You watch it come together weekly — no reveal at the end.

Step 06 of the ninety days: launch day
06
Week 12+ · Live

It goes online

We launch with you and make sure it stands on its own. You end the ninety days with a product in the market, not a prototype in a drawer.

Ninety days, not forty-five
1 of 6

We build things that don't exist yet.

Every founder we've worked with arrived with something new. The interesting problem is never the screen — it's the flow underneath it. That's where the time goes.

01

A private network for doctors

Healthcare · Network
The verified physician's consult view from the private doctor network

A space for verified physicians to consult peer to peer. The hard part was trust — we built and tested the verification flow before a single screen was designed, because a network of unverified doctors is worth less than nothing.

02

Quotes in hours, not days

Manufacturing · Marketplace
The job-posting, job-browsing and delivery-booking screens from the manufacturing marketplace

A manufacturer posts a job; a nearby machine shop quotes it and takes it on. The hard part was speed — a quote that used to take two to four days now takes two to four hours, with delivery, payments and working-capital financing built into the same platform.

03

On-demand intercity buses

Mobility · On-demand
The rider's trip-planning and ID-verification screens from the carpool app

Uber, but for buses. The routing and seat logic was the challenge. We designed the flow so a first-time user could book a seat in under a minute.

04

Street food, delivered

Local commerce
The customer browse-and-order screens from the street food app

Bringing local street vendors online for the first time. Many had never used a dashboard, so the vendor side had to be close to invisible — two taps, big type, works on a five-year-old Android.

What actually decides the price.

Not a feature list. The number of working interfaces your product needs in order to exist at all. Switch them on and watch the shape of the build change.

A food delivery app cannot function without a customer app, a driver app, a restaurant panel and an admin console. That's not an upsell — that's the product.

Engagements start at $10,000. If your budget sits below that, we're probably not the right studio, and that's completely okay.

Twenty slots. See who's already in.

Eight are already taken, twelve are still open. Pick one to see what we built for them — then take the empty card at the end.

Twenty founders a year. Let's find out if you're one of them.

Thirty minutes. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team for what you're building, and what it would take to get it live.

Are we a fit?

Statement 1 of 5

01

This is my first product, and it doesn't exist in the market yet.

02

I want a team that pushes back on my thinking, not one that takes orders.

03

Craft in the flow matters more to me than being live in forty-five days.

04

I have at least $10,000 set aside, and the cheapest quote isn't what decides it.

05

I can be in the room every week for three months. This is the thing I'm doing.
